ERDF Project Proposals

Outline Business Plans (OBPs) for projects seeking funding through the Yorkshire and Humber ERDF Programme are listed here.

Funding is available from two separate allocations: one for South Yorkshire and one for the rest of the region. The list shows which allocation (or both) and which programme priority the application is for.

OBPs are published initially for 10 (working) days to invite comments.  To download the project proposal please click the title of the project . If you wish to comment on or provide feedback about a project proposal within the consultation period please email the contact specified for the project.

OBPs remain available to download after the consultation period has ended and while the proposal is progressing to contract, as part of the Programme’s commitment to operating transparently. Please click on the project title to view the OBP.

Projects that complete development and become contracted are then listed on the Programme’s full list of projects. You can view the list of Funded projects.

Some proposals do not proceed through to contract for one reason or another. A list of these projects is provided in Priority order for completeness but further information in these cases is not available.
