What we’re doing in the Humber geographical area

Our Humber Team is based at our offices at Marina Court in Hull.

We’re currently investing £118m of government funding across the Humber region, focusing on our Renaissance programmes, the Humber Trade Zone and skills development.

Our Humber office handles the delivery of a full range of Yorkshire Forward activities across the geographical area, including:

• Setting strategies, such as developing the first sub-regional investment plan
• Supporting and developing the Renaissance programmes for our rural towns and for our urban towns & cities
• Overseeing the delivery of ‘inherited’ land and property
• The Single Regeneration Budget
• Skills projects.

Members of the Humber team also provide an essential interface with local and geographical area partners, such as local authorities.
