Online help for hospitality SMEs

Are you an SME within the hospitality sector and need the skills and resources to bring your business online to market your company to a wider audience? The ITQ in Hospitality programme could help you.

It has been identified that many small businesses struggle to find their feet in the deep waters of Web Sites, E-commerce, Internet Security, On-line marketing and Search Engine Optimization. This project will help small businesses within the hospitality sector to make full use of the package of training offered to them to enable them to get a website presence and take bookings and payments online from anywhere in the world.

It will also help you to understand the process of website management and encourage relationship building with the Tourism Board and other businesses affiliated with the Hospitality sector.

The programme is funded by Learning Skills Council with European Social Fund monies and will cover the entire Yorkshire & Humber area with programme delivery managed by Leeds City College.
