Design Futures CIC

Good design and good business performance go hand in hand, with both consumer and commercial buyers hungry for differentiation and improved performance through innovative new products and packaging. One way to meet this demand is to adopt a creative, multi-disciplinary approach to design.
To help businesses exploit the outstanding design and research talent within Yorkshire and Humber, Yorkshire Forward has established the Yorkshire Forward Design Futures Centre of Industrial Collaboration (CIC). Based at Sheffield Hallam University, the Centre brings together some of the UK’s finest creative minds and innovative thinkers to identify new commercial opportunities and develop exciting product and packaging ideas.
Services include:
