Yorkshire & Humber is a diverse and beautiful region: we have 5 big cities, yet 80% of the region is rural—and we have a long stretch of gorgeous coastline. But wherever in the region people live, we want to ensure equality of opportunity, and that their area is a great place in which to live and work. We also want to attract inward investment to those areas. In this section, find out about our towns, cities and rural areas, and what we’re doing to improve the places of Yorkshire & Humber.
