Property in the Humber sub-region

In the Humber sub-region, Yorkshire Forward works across the ports complex, the city of Hull and down into North Lincolnshire. We help to create economic opportunity through development and redevelopment.

The Humber sub-region is strongly influenced by the Hull and Humber ports, the City of Hull, and the renaissance towns of Bridlington, Grimsby, and Scunthorpe. Our projects include:

Case study: Europarc

This 1.35 million sq ft business park on the edge of Grimsby is owned by Yorkshire Forward, and we’re partnering with Wykeland Developments to progress a programme of development on the site.

This site is already occupied such organisations such as Kwok’s Foods, Ultimate Packaging, Autotrail, Headland Foods, Baxters, and Bakkavor—all in manufacturing facilities. We also have business/office units, ranging from the serviced offices at the Innovation Centre and small (1,500 sq ft) business units at Pegasus Square to larger premises at Genesis Office Park and Penyton Park. The Humber Seafood Institute is also on-site.

Jointly with Wykeland, we have recently launched a green travel plan for the site.
