YSTN - Innovating Out of a Recession

The latest YSTN event on ‘Innovating Out of a Recession’ will take place on Wednesday 13th May at the National Railway Museum, York. The event will examine how innovation can be used to sustain and create competitive advantage in the current economic climate.

The keynote speaker for the evening, Michael “Kell” Ryan, is a former executive at Ryanair who will speak about his experience in creating one of the fastest growing airlines in Europe.  The Ryanair story is about innovation and introducing an entirely new approach to running an airline in Europe.  Their business model has made air travel available to all and changed the way people fly and indeed how society works.  An international speaker, he has addressed audiences across the world and his presentation promises to be dynamic, motivational and compelling.
