26/07/2010
Zoo, a Sheffield-based software provider for the entertainment market, has secured a deal to supply Warner Home Video International with an automated style-guide production system for home entertainment products.
The company claimed the new system, which will be supplied to the subsidiary of Warner Bros Entertainment, is aimed at helping entertainment companies improve their operating efficiencies.
Stuart Green, Zoo chief executive, said: "In the past, style-guides - those all important standard, style and format-setting documents for product packaging and marketing campaigns - have been created manually.
"Now with our new automated system, these documents can be produced more quickly and easily, saving time and cost and providing greater centralised control."
It can also be used in areas such as consumer products, video games and publishing, where there is a need for consistency of branding across multiple language versions.
